Control and Prevention [CDC]; U.S. Army Medical Research<br />

Institute of Infectious Diseases [USAMRIID]; Federal Emergency<br />

Management Agency [FEMA]; Department of Health<br />

and Human Services [DHHS]; Office of Emergency Preparedness<br />

[OEP]; Environmental Protection Agency [EPA])<br />

to prepare for and manage mass casualty incidents.<br />
