Actions/Interventions<br />

NURSING PRIORITY NO.1.To assess causative/contributing factors:<br />

• Identify type of role dysfunction; for example, developmental<br />

(adolescent to adult); situational (husband to father, gender<br />

identity); health–illness transitions.<br />
