6) The comment refers to City-owned land west of Thomas Lake Harris Drive across
from the Project site; given the Project’s separation from the parkland via Thomas
Lake Harris Drive, it is not anticipated that the Project would affect the use of the
parkland . Impacts to public recreation, including parks, are addressed in Draft EIR
Section 3.12. The Draft EIR analyzed whether the Project could increase the use of
existing neighborhood parks such that substantial physical deterioration of the
facility would occur or be accelerated. Impacts were considered temporary and less
than significant; therefore, no mitigation measures were required (Draft EIR p. 3-
139).
7) Comment noted. See Master Response Local Traffic. The traffic generated by the
project will not have any significant impact after mitigation is incorporated.
