Dear Sirs:
Regarding: the Residential Care Facility on 10 acres off of Thomas Lake Harris Drive.
I am writing to ask that you deny the building of this commercial facility in this residential area. I am
currently building a home off of Llyn Glaslyn Place and was disheartened to see that the builders of
Varenna were not held to the same restrictions required of me regarding limits on the height of the building
and requirements to maintain the slope and nature of the building site. It seems this double standard is
what is allowing yet another large group of commercial buildings to be built. Please keep this area
peaceful, quiet and residential.
