1) Comment noted. Without specific comments defined, the City cannot provide a
more detailed response. As described in the Draft EIR, the City determined that the
Project would have less than significant impacts, with the incorporation of
mitigation, to aesthetics, noise, traffic, and biological resources. See also the Master
