At the intersection of Fountaingrove Parkway and Thomas Lake Harris Drive East, delays are
increased by approximately one second per vehicle (40 vehicles in the AM peak hour and 30
vehicles in the PM peak hour) where no additional traffic will be added. The current (base
case, No Project Alternative) stop sign-controlled left turn from Thomas Lake Harris Drive
(east) onto Fountaingrove Parkway operates at LOS F conditions during both peak hours.
The Project would not be expected to add any traffic to the Thomas Lake Harris Drive
intersection approach, and the added Project traffic on Fountaingrove Parkway would
increase delay for stop sign-controlled left turns from Thomas Lake Harris Drive by less than
five seconds. Although these left turns would have a base case LOS F operation, Project
impact is considered less than significant.
