4. Enter the fully−qualified machine name in the Machine Name field. Examples of fully−qualified names are<br />

♦ machine1.alphaliteair.com<br />

♦ server.us.alphaliteair.com<br />

5. Select either Port or Service to specify the method used to connect to the server.<br />

6. Enter either the port number or the service name in the Port or Service Name field. The title of the field<br />

changes depending on whether you selected Port or Service as the connection method.<br />

7. Enter a valid user name and password in the Username and Password fields.<br />

8. Click Test to submit the test program through the connection. If the program establishes an IOM Bridge<br />

connection to the specified server, the Connection Successful window appears.<br />

9. Click Copy Text to copy the test results to the clipboard. Click OK to return to the Bridge Parameters<br />

window.<br />

10. Click Test to test the connection again, or click Cancel to return to the main <strong>Integration</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong><br />

Configuration window.<br />
