List the possible values for the parameter. If VALUES is not specified, DATA_SOURCE and<br />

REPORT_QUERY are used to generate the list.<br />

When you are finished entering information in the fields, click OK. The new stored process appears in the tree<br />

view.<br />

If the OK button remains gray, check the Descriptive Label and File fields. You must either enter values in<br />

both fields or neither field. If you enter a value in one field but not the other, the OK button will remain<br />

grayed.<br />

To modify or view details about a stored process using IT Administrator:<br />

1. Open IT Administrator.<br />

2. Select Applications in the Manager Bar.<br />

3. Expand the Stored Process Paths folder, then select the stored process whose details you want to modify or<br />

view. The properties appear in the properties area.<br />

Description<br />

A description of the stored process<br />

File<br />

The name of the stored SAS program<br />

Portal JSP<br />

The java stored page used to access the program<br />

Descriptive Label<br />

A short description of the process<br />

Parameters<br />

The parameters that are passed to the SAS program upon execution. You may have more than one set<br />

of parameters for each stored process. To add a parameter set, select the Add button. The Add Value<br />

dialog box appears, in which you can add the new parameter set. Select a parameter set and select the<br />

Edit button to change the parameter values, or Remove to remove the set.<br />

4. When you are finished, select the Save button ( ) to save the changes to the server. If you attempt to<br />

navigate to another object, the administrator application will prompt you to save any changes you made to the<br />

process.<br />
