We are not obliged to take any steps to comply with the statutory regulations of other states. We are responsible for ensuring that our products are free from any rights or claims by third parties based on commercial or other intellectual property (patents, patented designs, registered designs, authors' rights and other rights). This obligation applies for Germany; it only applies for the other member states of the European Union and the other states who are signatory to the agreement on the European Economic Area and Switzerland and the USA if the customer expressly points out to us in writing that he intends to export our products – after processing or installation if applicable - and we expressly confirm in writing that the products can be exported. We shall not accept liability for any other states than those listed. We reserve the right to make changes to the design or form, deviations in colour and changes to the scope of delivery or service in so far as the changes or deviations are reasonable for the customer whilst taking our interests into account.
