Risks

maintain all of Council’s existing public toilets.
Facilities will deteriorate and others will not meet future
standards for accessibility.
With Additional Special Variation Funding
There may not be enough funding in the next 10 years to
maintain all of Council’s existing public toilets. Especially in
the first few years of the 10 year program.
Response
There will be a review of existing public toilets to determine the
standard for provision of public toilet facilities given community
and visitor needs.
With Available Funding
Some facilities may close while others may be expanded depending
on the results of this review.
With Additional Special Variation Funding
Public toilet facilities have been given a high priority over the
next 10 years in order to support community needs.
