situation or we witnessed in the evidence in this inquiry a
situation where, in the Phoenix Sinclair case file, the
file was closed on numerous occasions, and the, and the
grounds for the closure were, no immediate protection
concerns. And my, my question for you and my suggestion to
you is that under the differential response practice model,
this concept of no immediate protection concerns doesn't
end agency involvement in a file, does it?
