Is that even happening now that there's this new

A Well, yeah. It's happening in some
jurisdictions, perhaps more than others, because of --

And I'm talking specifically in Winnipeg and in

A Okay. Well, you know, there have been
significant increases in funding that have allowed for the
21
expansion of the workforce so that's helped.
But that

doesn't mean that in certain communities the referrals
outweigh the, the number of staff there able to respond to
24
situations.
And in some aboriginal communities that's
25
particularly true, and they are still overwhelmed with the
