Now, it's important to note that if you provide
more intensive services at the front end of providing these
services, those services, and we found evidence of this,
become less frequent over time and so the intensity of
services is not something that continues on forever but it

take families of higher risk, the chances are you're going
to -- the likelihood is you're going to need to provide
services for a somewhat longer period of time than, say,
three months, six months or so.

families now, deal with the issues, get them, you know, the
treatment or services or whatever it is that they need, you
may prevent them from coming into contact later on and
