government in Australia that targets sort of vulnerable
communities and it developed special initiatives to try and

So there are

examples of where that's been attempted and some efforts to
try and sort of build those, the capacity that I'm talking
about in, in the community-caring model.
Q What sort of results have those, those people --

There's been evaluations of those and some of

those results are quite encouraging.
It's a long term

strategy, however, and it's, it's not something that you
see results from in two or three months or even two -- or
even one or two years, so --
