The correct printer driver is not loaded. Load the correct<br />
printer driver.<br />

correct printer driver.<br />
The font is not available in your application. Use a font<br />
manager utility to add the font.<br />
If you have downloaded a font on the printer hard disk<br />
and you do not see the font in the application, see the<br />
download program (such as EuroForm or other font<br />
management utilities) help for more information.<br />
Print a disk directory page to see if the font has been<br />
downloaded to the printer hard disk. If the font is on the<br />
printer hard disk, install the font in Windows using a font<br />
management utility or through the Windows control<br />
panel. For more information on installing a font using<br />
the Windows control panel, see the appropriate online<br />
help.<br />
The font might have been downloaded to the printer<br />
RAM rather than to the printer hard disk. When the<br />
printer is turned off and on, all data in the printer's RAM<br />
is lost. Download the font to RAM again. For more<br />
information on downloading fonts, see the online help.<br />
If you selected one font and another font prints out, the<br />
font is not available and the application has substituted<br />
the font. Make sure the selected font has been<br />
downloaded to the printer hard disk or printer RAM. For<br />
