NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS<br />
Sealed percentage <strong>tender</strong>s are invited in B-1 <strong>tender</strong> <strong>form</strong> from<br />
Registered contractors, for the work as noted below and will be received in sealed<br />
covers addressed to "The Executive Engineer (E&M), MIDC, Mahad Division,<br />
Mahad” duly super scribed with the name of work by the undersigned, in his office<br />
on the date and time as noted below and will be opened on the same day, if possible.<br />
A certified true copy of the required documents stated in direction to the<br />
<strong>tender</strong>ere will have to be submitted with the <strong>tender</strong> documents. An amount as<br />
noted below on account of Earnest money should be paid in any Nationalized Bank<br />
by a Demand Draft in favour of the Executive Engineer (E&M), <strong>Maharashtra</strong><br />
<strong>Industrial</strong> <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Corporation</strong> Mahad division Mahad and the Demand<br />
Draft should accompany the <strong>tender</strong>, without which, no <strong>tender</strong> shall be considered.<br />
The amount of earnest money will be forfeited in case, after the acceptance of the<br />
<strong>tender</strong>, the contractor refuses to pay the Security Deposit as noted below, within the<br />
specified time limit. Otherwise it will be refunded. The work is to be completed<br />
within the stipulated time as mentioned below.<br />
