Replacement of damaged shutters of inspection chambers, Providing
Paving blocks to pump house, Providing Cain at pure water pump
house at WTP Lote and Ram, Shed & Collapsible shutters at Jackwell
Wallope.
Scope of work and Brief Note
MIDC E&M Sub-Dn. Chiplun is looking after the water supply scheme to Lote
Parshuram Indl. Area. Jackwell is constructed at Wallope on Vashiti River. 24
MLD WTP is established at PirLote. 700 mm dia M.S. Rising main is laid from
Wallope Jack well to WTP Lote.
Now the work of replacement of 250 Hp LT pumps by 600 Hp HT pumps is
being carried at Jack well Wallope. For this new pumping machinery, it is essential
to replace the front side and back side shutters for easy entry to the panels, motors
etc. also RAM is to be made for easy loading unloading. The shed is to be
constructed at the open space on the other side at Jack well pump house. For
erection of new panels it is essential to shift the old panels towards the front side and
new panels are to be erected at the old panels place. For this it is essential to
construct the masonry. All these works are considered for execution at Jackwell.
As this is the time bound work and to be carried at running pump house, due care to
be taken.
The works of replacement of shutters to the Inspector Chambers at WTP Lote
and Providing Paving blocks near the pure water pump house Lote for walkway are
considered in the tender. The operator cabin is also considered in the tender in the
pure water pump house at Lote.
The tenderers are requested to visit the site of work for understanding the
scope of work . The rebate for collapsible shutter and door are considered in the
tender., The tenderer may visit the site before quoting the rates.
