TENDER NOTICE NO. 32 OF 2011-2012
1. Sealed tenders on percentage basis in B-1 Form are invited by the under-signed
for the work mentioned below from eligible contractors & will be received in
sealed covers addressed to 'The Executive Engineer (E&M), MIDC, Mahad
Division, Mahad' duly superscribed with the name of work.
2. The DD for EMD & separate DD for the cost of blank tender shall be drawn in
favour of the Executive Engineer (E&M), MIDC, Mahad Division, Mahad &
enclosed in Envelope No.1 without which no tender will be opened.
3. An undertaking in the Declaration Form provided in the tender, must be signed
by the contractor (to declare that no MIDC staff is enrolled as employee in the
company). Otherwise tender will be summarily rejected.
4. The tenders shall be received in two envelopes.
1st Envelope shall contain DD for EMD/EMD exemption certificate, DD for cost
of blank tender form with supporting documents as specified in the Direction to
the tenderer for filling the tender and 2nd Envelope containing price bid in B-1
form & "reply to queries of contractor" downloaded from MIDC website duly
completed as specified in the tender.
5. The tender should be submitted through registered post A.D. or through
reputed courier service or hand delivery. So as to reach the following
offices -
1) Executive Engineer (E&M) MIDC, E&M Division, Mahad OR
2) The Superintending Engineer(E&M) (C) MIDC, Udoyg Sarathi, Andheri (E)
Mumbai-93. on due date and time OR
3) The Chief Engineer, MIDC, Udoyg Sarathi, Andheri (E) Mumbai-93. on due
date and time.
Any delay for submission of tender will be on the contractor’s account
and MIDC will not be responsible for the same.
