Registration Under Contract Labour Act-1971.<br />
While submitting the <strong>tender</strong> the <strong>tender</strong>er should note that he/they<br />
should produce the certified copy of Registration in prescribed <strong>form</strong> issued by<br />
Labour commissioner under contract labour Act, 1971, as much as they are directly<br />
employing the workers for execution of the contract works awarded to them by<br />
MIDC and comply with the provision of the Act. After acceptance of the <strong>tender</strong> by<br />
MIDC, the contractor has to give intimation about work order and get this particular<br />
work registered within a period of 15 days from the date of issue of work order,<br />
from labour commissioner under contract labour Act-1971, failing which no<br />
permission will be granted to continue further work under the agreement.<br />
