CLAUSE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF TAXES/ DUTIES.<br />
While submitting the <strong>tender</strong>, the contractor shall consider prevailing<br />
taxes and duties on the date of submission. In case there is statutory increase in the<br />
taxes/ duties, the contractor shall submit documentary evidence for the payment of<br />
the same. On verification of the documents, the reimbursement will be made if there<br />
is increase. In case there is reduction in the statutory taxes, duties, deduction will be<br />
effected. It may also be noted that this clause is not applicable if there is in increase<br />
in the octroi during execution of the work.<br />
