Providing, transporting, cutting, fabricating, welding, hoisting
and erecting in position welded or bolted structural steel
work with tubular sections using ERW tubes of various
diameters erecting using devices like derricks, cranes or any
other suitable guys etc. and final bolting, welding, testing as
may be required including two coats of red oxide zinc crome
paint and two coats of synthetic super enamel paint of
approved colour & shade all materials and labour complete.
Providing 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheet
conforming to IS: 459-1992, for roofing and laying the same
in position as per the stipulation in IS: 3007-1991 including
galvanized iron L or J hook bolts, and galvanized iron and
bituminous washers, galvanized iron clamps, nuts and bolts
etc. complete.
Dismantling BB Masonry in lime or cement mortar and
stacking the material as directed with all leads & lifts
complete.
Removing doors and windows with frames & shutters
fixed in position and stacking them with all leads & lifts as
directed.
Dismantling Stone Masonry in cement mortar or lime mortar
and stacking the material as directed with all leads & lifts
complete.
Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete
using granite or black trap graded metal including mixing in a
mechanically operated mixer, dewatering, compacting, curing
as required complete for all lifts up to a + 5 m. above or
below the ground level where concrete is proposed, including
centering/shuttering using ordinary Portland cement.
