1. Two separate Demand drafts One for Tender cost & second for E.M.D. in favour<br />
of Executive Engineer (E&M), MIDC, Mahad division, Mahad on any<br />
Nationalized bank payable at Mahad towards payment for Earnest Money and<br />
Tender cost (In Two separate Demand Drafts) should be attached in Envelop No.<br />
1 along with attested copies of required certificates in the <strong>tender</strong> at the time<br />
submission. No other mode of payment except by Demand Draft towards Earnest<br />
Money and Tender cost shall be accepted.<br />
