18. Electric Connection and Telephone lines: All installations such as electric<br />
cables, telephones wires, water lines, sewer lines, manholes, natural drainage,<br />
CD works, storm water drains etc. coming in the way shall be looked after<br />
carefully. The protection and support against any damage, which otherwise will<br />
have to be made by the contractor at his own cost.<br />
19. Strength of Labour : The contractor shall submit weekly report to the Deputy<br />
Engineer, regarding strength of labour both skilled and unskilled employed by<br />
him on the work in pro<strong>form</strong>a as prescribed by the contractor from time to time,<br />
as the special type of work demands.<br />
20. Progress of work : The contractor shall complete the work as per direction of<br />
Engineer in charge as per programme prefix with Deputy Engineer and the<br />
Executive Engineer (E&M).<br />
If the contractor fails to complete the work as per this condition the<br />
contactor is liable for action under clause 2 of the contact.<br />
