3) M&E system is operational and baseline, progressive<br />

and control baseline surveys are conducted annually.<br />

It is basically in this system that the <strong>carbon</strong> monitoring<br />

will be integrated.<br />

The extension areas have household lists where the<br />

land use changes will be recorded and the increment<br />

of number of trees on the farmer’s land. This system<br />

will provide very accurate and reliable data.<br />
