Annex II: VCS PD template<br />
The text below is a summary of the VCS PD template version 3.0,<br />
developed in March 2011, and downloadable from the VCS website at<br />
http://v-c-s.org/program-documents.<br />
1) Project details, which shall include:<br />
a) The project title, a summary description of the project, the<br />
sectoral scope(s) of the project and project type.<br />
b) The names, roles and responsibilities of the project proponent(s)<br />
and any other entities involved in the project.<br />
c) The project start date and project crediting period, and the<br />
project scale and the estimated net GHG emission reductions<br />
or removals created by the project.<br />
d) A description of the project activities, a specification of the<br />
project location and geographic boundaries, and a description<br />
of conditions prior to project initiation.<br />
e) Identification and demonstration of compliance with relevant<br />
laws, statutes and other regulatory frameworks, an indication<br />
of whether the project has been registered or rejected under<br />
any other GHG program.<br />
f) Additional in<strong>for</strong>mation relevant to the project, including<br />
eligibility criteria <strong>for</strong> new instances of project activities <strong>for</strong><br />
grouped projects, a description of any leakage management<br />
plan or mitigation measures and any further in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
which may relate to the eligibility of the project, risks to net<br />
GHG emission reductions or removals, and an indication of<br />
commercially sensitive in<strong>for</strong>mation that has been excluded<br />
from the public project description.<br />
2) The title and reference of the methodologies applied to the project,<br />
a demonstration that the project activities meet the applicability<br />
