Search fields
The Diagnostics page is where you run reports and generate logs about the status of the
Sharp unit. You can export this data to a CSV file from the Actions section on the Status
page. For more information, see "Actions" on page 227.

Severity
Source
Message
Exception
Description
Time the event occurred.
Displays the severity of the event. You can choose which severity types
to display in your "Search criteria" on page 240.
The service that generated the error or message.
Detailed message about the error and/or event.
Displays the software exception that generated the log entry. The
exception gives extra information on where in the code the error
occurred.
Sources to log
Select the sources from which to generate a log. For example, if you only want to see events
related to Patroller, select Patroller Extension from the list
Click the Refresh
button to refresh your results.
