Allāh and His angels send blessings on the Prophet.<br />

O ye who believe! You also should invoke blessings<br />

on him and salute him with the salutation of peace. 30<br />

Then, he writes, “...the original meaning of salāh is blessing or<br />

connection. Over time, the word salāh evolved to mean ritual<br />

prayer. However, modern evolutions in the Arabic language do<br />

not retroactively change the meaning of the Qur’ān. This verse<br />

says that Allāh and the angels bless the Prophet sa , and the<br />

Muslims are commanded to send their blessings upon the<br />

Prophet sa as well.” 31<br />

This theory of the evolution of the word salāh is entirely an<br />

innovation of Farhan Khan! To his embarrassment, he has<br />

solidified his position as one of the fabricating liars in the<br />

history of Islām. In his desperation to discredit Ahmadiyya<br />

Muslim beliefs, he has crossed the line in forging examples to<br />

prove his ridiculous points! The following ahādīth prove that the<br />

Holy Prophet Muhammad sa himself used the word salāh in the<br />

meaning of “prayer”:<br />
