Bodies in the United States.” Some independent publications are also listed. The list does not<br />
include all publications prepared by religious bodies, <strong>and</strong> not all the publications listed here are<br />
necessarily the <strong>of</strong>ficial publication <strong>of</strong> a particular church. Regional publications <strong>and</strong> newsletters are<br />
not included. A more extensive list <strong>of</strong> religious periodicals published in the United States can be<br />
found in Gale Directory <strong>of</strong> Publications <strong>and</strong> Broadcast Media (Gale Research, Inc., P.O. Box<br />
33477, Detroit MI 48232-5477).<br />
Each entry in this directory contains: the title <strong>of</strong> the periodical, frequency <strong>of</strong> publication, religious<br />
affiliation, editor’s name, address, telephone <strong>and</strong> fax number <strong>and</strong> e-mail <strong>and</strong> website<br />
addresses when available. The frequency <strong>of</strong> publication, which appears in parenthesis after the<br />
name <strong>of</strong> the publication is represented by a “D” for daily, “W” for weekly; “M” for monthly; “Q”<br />
for quarterly; “Y” for yearly, “I” for Internet.<br />
