received recognition for the highest firstclass
standing in political science.
Christopher Hays has demonstrated his
involvement at McMaster University as a
senate nominee, athlete in intramural
sports, and participant in the student walk
home assistance team program. His grades
earned him a spot on the dean's honour
list. He maintains an A average in
molecular biology. He serves the chapter
as assistant treasurer and plans to run for
an executive position next year.
Trevor Clarke is enrolled in the
honours English program at York University
where he received a university Merit
Award in 1991. He has been a teacher's
aid at a nearby elementary school and has
worked as a volunteer at St. Michael's
Hospital. He has served in the chapter's
big brother program and as a member of
the social committee.
Andre Tang is pursuing an engineering
degree at Carleton University where he is
a photographer with the school newspaper.
He received a university entrance
scholarship and currently maintains an A
average. Andre is the chapter's historian
and is very involved in the martial arts,
diving, sailing, skiing and sky diving.
Sean Ulmer, an accounting major in his
third year at the University of Alberta,
received a university scholarship as a
freshman and earned the dean's list. He is
the chapter's treasurer and has held the
position of awards chairman. He served
as a student-at-large on the Administration
Board of the Student Union.
John Munnis is currently enrolled at
the University of British Columbia, and he
has an 83% average in Asian studies. He is
on the dean's honour list and has been the
chapter's scholarship chairman and
philanthropy chairman. John is also an
avid golfer, skier, and hiker.
The Canadian Phi Delta Theta Scholarship
Foundation congratulates these
undergraduate leaders for their achievement
in scholarship, in chapter leadership,
and in campus involvement.
The Foundation would also like to

These gifts made this year's scholarships
