in 17b0, (one record says 1736).
He attended the University of Pennsylvania Bb Philadelphia; pursued classical
atudies in Enp;L%nd snd was graduated fron! the T!niversity of Oxford; studied law
at the Temrle in Landon; ret~irned to Virginia end practiced law in rhunfries.

his son, married Vdss Bredkinridge, of Kentucky, an sunt of Gen. John breckinridge.
(The latter, according to Lrock in Grisgsby Convention 1788, p 210).
