code enforcement complaints by implementing<br />
an online reporting tool that allows citizens<br />
to file code enforcement complaints via<br />

Conducted a LEAN Process evaluation <strong>of</strong> the<br />
<strong>City</strong>’s response to graffiti complaints.<br />

Continue to support neighborhood cleanup<br />
efforts with the existing Abatement fund balance.<br />
