2013 Budget Highlights:
2013 Capital Considerations:
$50,000 decrease in Parking Infractions
Revenue due to changes in on-street parking
limits and an increase in parking facility
use.
There are no capital funds budgeted in
2013.
$33,000 increase in Paid Parking Revenue
due to the addition of the new parking facility.
$39,258 expenditure budget increase
(excluding 2012 debt refinancing) due to
addition of new parking facility and increase
in insurance costs.

2013 Goals:
Incorporated a new parking facility into the
system (Park Plaza) which offers expanded
options for the City’s downtown parking
customers.
Review and analyze the parking program to
identify appropriate rate levels and maximize
revenue/resource collection.
Negotiate mutually beneficial parking
leases.
