2012 Accomplishments:
2013 Goals:
In 2011, contingency reserve levels were adequate
to fund an unanticipated settlement
agreement with Housing Kitsap, thus preserving
other budgeted programs within the City.
During 2012, we were able to begin a strategic
replenishment of the contingency reserve with
an $115,000 transfer from the General Fund.
To continue to replenish the Contingency
Reserves back to the $1 million target. Long
term goal is to achieve this target within 5 to
10 years.
