Summary:
BKAT is a Public, Education and Government
(PEG) channel provided to the citizens
of Kitsap County through franchise agreements
with local cable providers. BKAT provides
PEG programming on the cable system
in the City of Bremerton and Kitsap County.
Additionally, BKAT provides training to the
public in television production.
