Special Revenue Fund<br />
Summary:<br />
The Trial Improvement Fund is dedicated<br />
solely to fund improvements to the municipal<br />
court’s staffing, programs, facilities, or services.<br />
Municipalities with an elected judge who is<br />
compensated at a rate equivalent to at least<br />
ninety-five percent, but not more than one<br />
hundred percent, <strong>of</strong> a district court judge receive<br />
an apportionment from the State Administrator<br />
for the Courts for court improvements.<br />
