Summary:<br />
The Stormwater Capital fund provides for the<br />
replacement and construction to improve the<br />
<strong>City</strong>’s stormwater system. Previously, capital<br />
improvement was accounted for in the Stormwater<br />
Utility fund. The fund provides for the<br />
planning, engineering, labor, material, equipment,<br />
and overhead costs related to construction.<br />
