The Loctite® Integrated Semi-Automatic Dispense Systems combine a controller and
reservoir into a single unit. These popular units provide a less complex and more
cost effective dispensing solution when compared to systems with separate
reservoirs and controllers. Combined with the digital timing feature, this unit will
provide precise dispensing control with any Loctite® automatic dispense valve or
pneumatic hand held applicator, sold separately. The reservoir is large enough to
accept up to 2 kg bottles, and units can be equipped with low level sensing as
shown in the chart below.

• 97017 and 97020 offer low level sensors, and are
recommended when dispensing cyanoacrylate adhesives
Theory of Operation
The unit is connected to an external pneumatic supply, and
regulates the adjusted dispensing pressure during the
selected dispensing time. A bottle of adhesive is placed
directly into the integrated reservoir, and the reservoir lid is
clamped in place. It is then pressurized using clean, filtered
dry air. Air within the reservoir will push down on the liquid
in the bottle and force it through the product feed line to
the dispensing valve.
