Pail Pumps
Henkel offers Loctite® brand pail pump systems to effectively dispense both low viscosity
fluids and high viscosity pastes from 5 and 55 gallon containers. These systems are very
durable and can be relied on for long term performance in the toughest working
environments. These systems are typically integrated into a complete dispensing system
for a single component product, or used as a feed system for multiple component products.
DISPENSING Pail Pumps
LOCTITE ® LOW VISCOSITY FLUID PUMPS
The Loctite® Low Viscosity Fluid Pumps are specifically designed to dispense self-leveling
products packaged in 5 gallon pails up to 55 gallon drums or tanks. The various pump
ratios are suited for pumping low to medium viscosity fluids. These pumps are air
operated and deliver various product output volumes determined by the pump
ratio and input pressure.
Features:
• Choice of two pump and seal materials – Carbon steel
with Viton seals or inert metal with EPR seals
• 5 gallon pail or 55 gallon drum or tank capability
• 1:1, 3:1, or 14:1 pump ratio versions (liquid to air pressure)
Theory of Operation
These units, when configured with the necessary air
and product hoses, air and fluid regulators, dispense
valves, tips and fittings, will pump self-leveling, low
to medium viscosity fluids from 5 gallon pails
up to 55 gallon drums or tanks.

• Carbon Steel Systems: lubricants,
epoxies, urethanes
• Inert Metal with EPR seals: lubricants, epoxies,
anaerobics, acrylics, light cure acrylics, epoxy
hardener, urethanes, water-based products
• Loctite® Brand Parts Supplied –
(Highlighted in Purple in Component Diagram Below)
•Low Viscosity Fluid Pump with appropriate tube for
either 5 gallon or 55 gallon as ordered – 1E
