LOCTITE ® DURAPUMP PROGRAMMABLE METER MIX SYSTEM
The Loctite® DuraPump Meter Mix Systems offer superior operating performance and durability for a wide range of two
component adhesive chemistries up to 10:1 ratios. These programmable models provide convenient touch screen digital control for
shot size, choice of 3 operating modes, and can easily be integrated with a PLC. Its innovative rod displacement pump design
insures excellent shot repeatability, low wear, and allows direct connection to high pressure feed systems. A static mix nozzle can
also be mounted directly on the integrated mixing manifold, eliminating
the need for a dispense valve in many applications. Optional reservoirs,
level controls, hoses, and valves are also available to complete your
specific process requirements.

Theory of Operation
The Loctite® DuraPump Programmable Meter Mix Systems
accurately meter dual liquid or semi-solid materials throughout
a wide range of viscosities and ratios. The Loctite® DuraPump
assembly ensures high precision volumetric displacement at the
selected ratio. Shot size is controlled by a touch screen input.
Both liquids move simultaneously and separately into a mixing
manifold. A static mix nozzle is attached to the manifold for
effective mixing of two components prior to being applied.
