The Loctite® Hysol Bulk-34 Hot Melt System is a compact and
efficient bulk hot melt unit capable of manual or automatic
product delivered up to 75 lbs./hr. The unit includes all digital
controls and displays with simple modular connections for
hoses, controllers and timers that are sold separately. These CE
certified units have three independent temperature controls
for the tank, hosing and dispense valves that will provide an
effective extrusion or spray application for a wide range
of hot melt adhesives.

against overheating product. This extends product life,
lowers energy consumption, and still allows for rapid
restart of the unit
• PTFE coated reservoir with high surface area melt grid

Theory of Operation
This unit is designed to melt and dispense hot melt
adhesive when outfitted with optional hand held or
mountable applicators, for either spray or extrusion
applications. Appropriate dispense controllers, timers,
hosing and nozzle accessories are also selected based
on process needs to complete the system.
