The Loctite® Spray Valve (item 98520) provides an effective solution for automatic spraying of low
viscosity primers, accelerators and activators up to 1,200 cP, with high precision and long term
reliability. It features an external stroke adjustment, providing consistent performance over a wide
range of operating conditions. The high performance needle and seat design ensures effective
control of over-spray and nozzle dripping. This valve is most effectively controlled using the
Loctite® Spray Valve Controller (item 98521), providing digital pressure control of both on/off
timing and atomization air, sold separately.

Product flows from a reservoir under air pressure as provided
by the Loctite® Spray Valve Controller. The controller also
provides air to open/close the valve and a separate atomizing
air source to the Loctite® Spray Valve nozzle assembly. Timing
and pressure controls for atomizing air, fluid line pressure,
valve stroke adjustment, height from surface, and material
viscosity can be adjusted to optimize required dispense
quantity and coverage pattern.
