The <strong>Loctite</strong>® Light Cure Dispense Valve (item 98009) is a dia<strong>ph</strong>ragm<br />
valve that provides high-resolution stroke adjustment and<br />
consistent no -drip repeatable dispensing. It is suitable for all low<br />
to medium viscosity light curable adhesives, but can also be used<br />
for retaining compounds and threadlockers. It has a small profile<br />
and simple design that minimizes space requirements and<br />
facilitates routine preventative maintenance. This valve must be<br />
used in conjunction with a <strong>Loctite</strong>® brand controller, product<br />
reservoir and dispense tip, sold separately.<br />
LOCTITE ® CYANOACRYLATE DISPENSE VALVE<br />

The <strong>Loctite</strong>® Cyanoacrylate Dispense Valve is a dia<strong>ph</strong>ragm valve<br />
that provides high-resolution stroke adjustment and consistent,<br />
no -drip, repeatable dispensing. It is suitable for all low to<br />
medium viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesives but can also be used<br />
for retaining compounds and threadlockers. It has a small profile<br />
and simple design that minimizes space requirements and<br />
facilitates routine preventative maintenance. This valve must be<br />
used in conjunction with a <strong>Loctite</strong>® brand controller, product<br />

Theory of Operation<br />
Product flows to the dispense valve from the reservoir. Flow<br />
rate is adjusted by turning the flow control dial on top of the<br />
valve. The valves can be used in both the stationary or<br />
advancing modes.<br />
