Pail Pumps
LOCTITE ® HIGH VISCOSITY PASTE PUMP SYSTEMS
The Loctite® High Viscosity Paste Pump Systems are specifically
designed to dispense paste products packaged in 5 gallon opentop
pails up to 55 gallon drums. The various pump ratios are
suited for pumping medium to high viscosity paste products. The
high viscosity paste pump systems are fully assembled systems
consisting of an air motor, pump tube, and pressure ram.
Features:
• Choice of three pump and seal materials –
Carbon steel with polyurethane seals, carbon steel
with inert seals, or inert metal
• 5 gallon open-top pails or 55 gallon drum capability
• 22:1, 44:1, or 64:1 pump ratio versions
(liquid to air pressure)
Theory of Operation
These units, when configured with the necessary air and
product hoses, air and fluid regulators, dispense valves,
tips and fittings, will pump medium to high paste products
from 5 gallon open-top pails up to 55 gallon drums.
Typical Fluids Handled and Parts Supplied
• Carbon Steel Systems: lubricants, epoxies, urethanes
• Carbon Steel Systems (with inert seals):
RTV silicones, lubricants, epoxy resins,
epoxy hardeners, and urethanes
• Inert Metal Systems: lubricants, epoxies, anaerobics,
acrylics, light cure acrylics, epoxy hardeners, urethanes,
water-based products
• Loctite® Brand Parts Supplied -
