6.4.3 Review of Revenue Performance<br />

<strong>Judiciary</strong> revenues comprise court fees, fines, forfeitures and<br />

other charges. Traditionally, court fees have been treated as<br />

Appropriations-in-Aid while other revenues are paid straight into<br />

Treasury accounts as revenue.<br />

A comparison of revenue collections between 2010/11 and<br />

2011/12 is shown in Table 6.3.<br />
