8.3 Way Forward<br />
<strong>The</strong> Council is developing a five-year strategic plan aligned<br />
to the letter and spirit of the Constitution, the Pillars and Key<br />
Result Areas of the <strong>Judiciary</strong> Transformation Framework and the<br />
aspirations of Kenyans insofar as the monitoring and reporting<br />
of the development of jurisprudence is concerned. NCLR<br />
understands that Kenyans require information that is accessible,<br />
simple and intelligible and it therefore prides itself in transforming<br />
legal information into public knowledge as it has done with the<br />
gratis pocket-sized version of the Constitution.<br />
NCLR remains keen to grow a healthy and robust public,<br />
legal and academic discourse on Kenyan jurisprudence<br />
and to preserve and present it for national and international<br />
enlightenment<br />
