increased with the grant of 8,876,296 bonus ordinary shares, for a <strong>to</strong>tal par value of 4,881,962.80<br />

euros, drawing from the specific profit reserve set up on April 12, <strong>2011</strong> by the ordinary session of the<br />

shareholders’ meeting.<br />
