In particular, gains on disposals of non-current assets include 14,805 thousand euros for the gain on
the contribution of trademarks and patents to Olivetti S.p.A. (14,792 thousand euros net of incidental
expenses).
Losses on disposals of non-current assets mostly refer to the disposal of tangible assets particularly for
the replacement and subsequent disposal of dedicated mobile telephony plant.
