remembering Krishna's pastimes."<br />

I became a friend of another god brother of<br />

Swamiji named Purushottam Das. We talked about<br />

developing the amorous relationship with <strong>Radha</strong>-<br />

Krishna. We translated charts that outlined the chief<br />

girlfriends relationships with <strong>Radha</strong>-Krishna as well<br />

as other in<strong>for</strong>mation unavailable in English. Neither,<br />

Purushottam nor Dr. Kapoor were aware of Bhaktisiddhanta,<br />

their teacher, ever revealing a disciple's relationship<br />

with <strong>Radha</strong>-Krishna.<br />

When Swamiji visited Vrindaban, I got Dr. Kapoor<br />

to come with me and ask him about revealing<br />

the eleven moods of my devotion as a girlfriend of<br />

<strong>Radha</strong>-Krishna as was commonly practiced in Vrindaban,<br />

since Swamiji never taught us about that. Dr.<br />

Kapoor was the one who introduced me to the concept.<br />

He acted as my advocate and argued the case <strong>for</strong><br />

me.<br />

Swamiji said, "This is not done in our line. One<br />

must realize his relationship <strong>for</strong> himself. One cannot<br />

just jump ahead. When one is ripe and ready, it will<br />

be revealed from within. . . . I am a cowherd boy."<br />

I still wasn’t satisfied. I knew there was more.<br />

By this time, I thought Swamiji held his disciples back<br />

from developing an amorous relationship with<br />

<strong>Radha</strong>-Krishna and engaging in the meditative states<br />
