In the light of nationalconditions <strong>and</strong> practice <strong>and</strong>after consulting therepresentative organisationsof employers <strong>and</strong> workersconcerned, Members shallformulate, carry out <strong>and</strong>periodically review acoherent national policy onsafety <strong>and</strong> health inagriculture. This policy shallhave the aim of preventingaccidents <strong>and</strong> injury tohealth arising out of, linkedwith, or occurring in thecourse of work, byeliminating, minimising orcontrolling hazards in theagricultural workingenvironment.WHAT YOUR LAWSSAYAMENDMENTS NEEDEDTO YOUR NATIONAL LAW2.
