On the whole it is not possible toapportion the amount of compensation nor do I consider it fair and just, on theevidence available to rest it wholly and squarely on the shoulders of these twoappellants.B. For these reasons I will set aside the order of compensation. Subject to thelaw governing limitation of actions I leave it to the complainant should he feeldisposed to do so to follow up the matter in a Civil Court of competentjurisdiction.C.
